Comfortable stay, but noisy nights

The room was spacious and well-furnished for a family of four. It reminded me of home, and the breakfast variety added a nice touch to our mornings.

Unfortunately, our peace was disrupted by a loud neighbor. Despite the staff's kind efforts, the noise levels made it hard to relax after a long day.

That was comfortable modern and well-maintained hotel set in very very nice area, really close to park. The room was neat and newly renovated, we enjoyed it...

This hotel was incredibly beautiful in every respect, had very very nice staff who goes beyond providing the assistance you need to make sure you get the best service professionally. I booked a room with a soft bed, central heating, pay television and a microwave oven. It was based in nice building in a great and incredible location, in those other areas.

The breakfast they served was horrible, hope one day it will definitely be improved.

The hotel had green chili chicken stew available in the dining area from 5pm to 7pm, delicious and a great amenity.

The check-in process took an unacceptable 20 minutes, and we had to call the facility to get someone to assist us.

The bed was awesome! Room was spotless! Wifi could be a bit faster but the stay was awesome.

Working ("construction") beneath us, they shut the water off with out notice, I could not shower or brush my teeth, let a lone use the bathroom. Tv was really small for two beds.

Good breakfast variety. Early availability of some breakfast foods. Coffee always available.

Sweep lounge floor more often. Pretzel under chair for 2 days.

Nice, clean room with comfortable beds. Enjoyed the complimentary green chili chicken stew in the evening. Had trouble with loud neighbors late at night.

Nice big room with couch and kitchenette. Convenient to our destinations during stay.

Had a spacious room with a unique layout and a fun outdoor entry! Free green chili chicken stew was a tasty bonus! We really appreciated the convenience of the nearby grocery store for easy meal prep.

the room wasvery comfy and tidy, and we enjoyed the easy access to the white rock visitors center just a few steps away for outdoor exploring and the vibrant attractions of bandelier national monument only a short drive down the road.

the shower pressure was low. but the breakfast had a great selection of hot options. the staff were really friendly and attentive. loved the scenic drive to bandelier national monument.

The location was perfect, just a short drive to Bandelier, great to.

My wife says that the noise from neighbors was distracting.

I stayed in the King Room, and it was clean and cozy, perfect for a solo traveler. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated having a fridge and microwave in the room. The shower head could use an upgrade though. It wasn't great. The pillows went flat in no time, a bit annoying. But, it had everything I needed for a short stay near Bandelier.
